I like options. And I like to keep them open, depending on how I feel. Every morning, I decide what I’m going to wear that day based on how I feel. Do I feel like khakis or black pants? Or is it time for my quarterly dress day? What do I want for lunch? I usually figure that out sometime after 11 a.m.
I’m all about the options. And when I checked out a friend’s blog at WordPress, I really liked how it looked and all the options that were available. Maybe LiveJournal has the same stuff, I don’t know. I just know I really liked these, so here I am. Thanks, Erik.

I like the look of this…but what are all the options I have that you didn’t? I’m pretty sure I am not using them well…like blogroll, for instance. You’ve got my name there! (this whole blog thing…well, I’m still adjusting!)

Well, there may not be many or even any options here that aren’t offered at LiveJournal, but I just like the look of this better. Part of it seems easy to do, but other things are pretty challenging. I guess it’s like Ellen Degeneres says, “Six of one; half a dozen of the other.”
You’ve got the links thing figured out, and I like that it will pop up with a little window when I put my mouse on Greg Johnson’s name, for example. That’s cool, and that’s a feature that LiveJournal doesn’t have. I don’t think. Sometimes you just need something fresh, you know?
